Cancellation Policy
What is the rescheduling and cancelation policy? Appointment & Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling (48+ hours before appointment): You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if done at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling (24–48 hours before appointment): Appointments rescheduled between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled time will incur a $20 rescheduling fee. Cancellation (48+ hours before appointment): Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee. Late Cancellation / No-Show (Less than 48 hours): Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be considered a no-show, and deposits will be non-refundable
