8K Ultrasound is an AI-enhanced service that transforms your 3D/4D ultrasound into a lifelike 8K portrait of your baby. It offers stunning clarity and detail for keepsake purposes but is not a medical diagnostic tool normally 8K image and videos take one week to be generated.

We are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you aren’t able to see your baby or are otherwise dissatisfied with your ultrasound experience, we’ll do everything we can to turn your experience around and make it a perfect one.

If you aren’t able to see your baby's face or gender in your 15-minute Meet Your Baby ultrasound or you are otherwise dissatisfied with your pictures, you may upgrade to a 25-minute by paying the difference and enjoy maximum two more free of charge 10 minutes attempts to get better pictures within one week.

Due to cyber security risks Clean and brand-new USBs are available to purchase at only $10; Ultrasound tech can email you pictures with additional $10 service fee.

We will be happy to host your family and close friends to share your precious moment up to 6 people to be seated in ultrasound room and waiting area. Coffee, snacks or Sodas on us. We can host more people and have 1-hour parties with additional fees on Saturday and Friday afternoon Call for reservation and terms.

Maternity and newborn professional photoshoots will be done in designated studio arrangement professionally equipped for the purpose and educated professional photographer.

Absolutely, yes. Our ultrasound services are non-medical and are not a replacement for your doctor’s routine prenatal checkups. These checkups are essential for monitoring the health and development of both mother and baby.

We strongly recommend that you continue all scheduled visits with your healthcare provider. Ultrasound images provided by Baby’s First Smile Studio are for bonding and keepsake purposes only and do not carry diagnostic value. Your doctor’s care is irreplaceable during pregnancy.

Rescheduling (48+ hours before appointment):

You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if done at least 48 hours in advance.

Rescheduling (24–48 hours before appointment):

Appointments rescheduled between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled time will incur a $20 rescheduling fee.

Cancellation (48+ hours before appointment):

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee.

Late Cancellation / No-Show (Less than 48 hours):

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be considered a no-show, and deposits will be non-refundable
